when there's a repair job to be done

around the house."

I've read a genius book, so fresh, so vivid, so full of enthusiasm,of anger , so unhappily up to date...Such a colourful language, strong, poetic...The New-york Times Review once said: "It's like a ride on a bucking bronco, rough, tough, combative. ..a lean, racing prose, in a close-knit style of power and beauty. The author is a rebel and an eloquent loner."If you support nature, if you love desert, if you're interested in human experiences and political statements read it. It's a must.It was published in 1968, I've just discovered it! The shame on me...
In 1968 I was 22 and so full of hope, I would have loved it
